Route on the yacht over the Gulf of Fethiye

We suggest you follow a scenic route that covers some of the most attractive locations on the Turkish coast. During the cruise, you will visit the islands and beaches of Fethiye Bay. You will also have the opportunity to visit the popular yachting center - the city of Gocek.

The proposed route is indicative, it can be changed due to weather conditions or the wishes of the guests. Other route options are available upon request, including one-way routes.

On the first day, you’ll have a few important tasks: accept the yacht, settle on board, and check up the equipment. After that, you can enjoy some leisure time and take a walk in Fethiye, enjoying its picturesque sights and stopping to try local cuisine.

Sailing to Fethiye will be the last stage of the cruise. Here you’ll have to address all formalities in the port and return the yacht to the manager. After that, you may explore the city and take pictures with the city’s main sights as a background to remember the trip.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

Check in and Check out time are flexible and, when possible, will be arranged as per the request of the guests. Advanced requests for early Check in and late Check should be reconfirmed prior to arrival. Charges may be applied in some periods of the year. Late check outs while on board are subject to availability on the evening prior to departure.

PAYMENT TERMS

All the invoices should be settled as per the following payment terms (unless specified otherwise in the invoice): 30% of the invoice is due within 7 days of the booking; the remainder is due 60 days before the holiday starts. Once the remittance is made, please send us a copy of the same along with payment details. If there is any discrepancy on our invoice, it should be brought forward to our notice within 3 days of receipt. No reduction on our invoices is allowed at any circumstance without prior authorization or credit note.

CANCELLATION, NO SHOW AND EARLY DEPARTURE

Deposit refund (unless specified otherwise in the invoice) in case of cancellation received 90 or more days before arrival. No refund is offered for cancellations at a later date, no shows, or for early departures.

HEALTH EMERGENCY CLAUSE

If, prior to the commencement of the charter period, We or the Charterer would be unable to deliver and\or take delivery of the yacht due to the outbreak and\or the persistence of health emergency's restrictions in the Maldives and/or in the Charterer’s country of origin, the parties hereby agree to suspend and reschedule the charter once the health emergency shall be lifted or in any case for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months. The amounts paid by the Charterer prior to the suspension will be withheld by us as partial or total payment of the price of the postponed charter. It is agreed that, once the health emergency shall cease the postponed charter shall be regulated by the other terms and conditions.

You must ensure that your passport and travel documentation is in order and that you have obtained the necessary visa and all other requirements for your Travel Arrangements. Should you require assistance on this matter, we will be pleased to make recommendations. We will not be held responsible for you travelling without the correct travel documents.

In our company we adhere to the principle that yachting, like the sea, is open to absolutely everyone. Modern yachts make holidays safe and comfortable for people with a wide variety of requirements. A yacht today is spaciousness, hotel-like convenience and complete freedom of movement!

WHAT IS AND IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE TOUR?

It depends on the specific tour. Our yacht tours always include a team and a personally verified route. Additional services such as food, transfer and water toys may already be included in the price, or may be provided for a fee. This information is always available on the tour page under 'Prices'.

IS YACHTING ONLY FOR THE ELITE?

No and no again! The cost of a yacht tour starts from 7000-8000 euros per week for 6 people, which means that the price for one person is 160 euros. Most importantly, do not forget that a yacht is a floating villa, and you save on car rental, getting the opportunity to comfortably explore many interesting places.

All yachts must undergo sanitary epidemiological treatment after each sailing. The protst authorities are monitoring this, so this is done even better than in hotels. A side effect of this is the exceptional cleanliness and order in which you receive the yacht.

HOW IS FOOD ORGANIZED?

The main thing in eating on a yacht is that you will have a personal chef, and often also a steward or stewardess, who will delight you with local cuisine throughout your vacation. The menu can be agreed in advance.

IS THE ROUTE FIXED?

There are no clear boundaries in the sea, and you can always change the route at your request or on the recommendation of the captain. Also, do not forget that the route at sea always depends on weather conditions, and in case of bad weather in one place, the captain offers alternative options.

CAN EXCURSIONS BE ORGANIZED?

Yes, there is such an opportunity. This can be done in advance through our company or by negotiating with the captain on the spot.

YACHT SAFETY

According to statistics, a yacht is the safest means of transportation, and if you add to this a professional skipper who is personally responsible for the safety of guests, you definitely have nothing to worry about. The yacht is always equipped with life jackets, and if you wish, you can install protective nets, which can be important for families with children and pets.

HOW IS THE CLEANING ORGANIZED?

Cleaning takes place imperceptibly for you - and this is perhaps what you need to know about it. Dish washing, cleaning of common areas is carried out by the staff. In some cases, the cleaning of the cabins is left to the guests. On some tours, daily bed linen change is included. And in any case, it can be arranged upon request.

WILL IT BE HOT ON THE YACHT?

On a yacht it is necessary to distinguish between two times of day - day and night, which differ more than on land. The day is always cool thanks to the open space. The night is very different from the season and the region. During the hottest months, when the water is hot, it is best to sleep in cabins with air conditioning or a fan, but as soon as the heat recedes or a cool breeze begins to blow, the night time on the yacht becomes unusually pleasant.

HOW IS THE YACHT CHECK-IN ORGANIZED?

Checking in on a yacht is no different from checking into a hotel. You will be provided with a voucher with a map of the host's location in the port and all contact information, and your personal manager will always be in touch to resolve unforeseen issues. Check-in times vary from specific tour, but usually it is from noon to 15-00. If you arrive early, you will be provided with space for your luggage while waiting, and if it is late, you will be checked in on board, and the paperwork will take place the next day.

WHAT TEAM WILL I HAVE AND WHERE IS IT LOCATED?

A standard tour involves a team of captain and hostess who is responsible for yacht catering and cleaning. However, we have many tours of an increased level of comfort, where the team includes several people, each of whom is responsible for his own business - cooking, serving meals, cleaning, helping the captain, etc. The crew never lives in the same space with the guests - there are separate cabins for them in the bow of the yacht or in other special compartments. No less important task than serving guests is the task of preserving the privacy and boundaries of the personal space of each of the passengers.

HOW TO CHOOSE AND BOOK?

CAN I CHANGE THE NUMBER OF DAYS ON THE TOUR?

In most cases - yes, and moreover, we can develop a unique route of any duration for you. The exception is event tours for specific dates and tours, the duration of which can only be a multiple of a week (7 nights, 14 nights, etc.)

WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE NEEDED FOR BOOKING?

At the initial stage, we only need a foreign passport of one of the participants in the trip, and no later than 1 week before the trip, guests fill out their passport data to send it to the captain of the yacht.

HOW DO YOU PAY?

Payment is made on the basis of an agreement with a company in Croatia for an account in euros or a bank card on the website.

WHAT DOCUMENTS WILL I RECEIVE AFTER PAYMENT?

You will receive a voucher with all contact information.

WILL I HAVE A PERSONAL MANAGER?

Yes, we attach a qualified specialist to each client who will answer all your questions. And for those clients who are at sea - there is a round-the-clock support.

WHAT ARE THE CANCELLATION CONDITIONS?

Cancellation policy is subject to concert tour and booking dates. Standard conditions: In most cases, the payment for the tour is divided into two parts, 50% when booking and 50% one month before the start of the cruise. Payments of 30-70% or other ratios by agreement are also possible. Some tours require a deposit or APA. The deposit is a security deposit that is payable immediately prior to boarding. It will cover any accidental damage caused by any of the crew. The deposit is returned at the end of the trip, immediately after the inspection of the yacht. APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) is a form of deposit to cover additional costs. It is 20-30% of the tour cost and is paid together with the second payment. This amount is transferred to the captain and is used for organizing meals during the cruise, paying for fuel, parking, excursions and other expenses. The captain will keep records and will inform if it becomes necessary to increase the APA. At the end of the cruise, an expense report is provided and the remainder is refunded, if available. Depending on the region in which the tour is organized, the VAT tax must be added. It may not exist outside the EU, but it exists within it and depends on the conditions of a particular country. Also in our company there is a personal attitude to booking cancellations - we go to a meeting as much as possible, make date changes or find a replacement booking for other guests.

WHAT IS A DEPOSIT?

The deposit is a deposit that is paid upon check-in to the owner of the yacht in case of damage inside the yacht caused by guests during the rest. The deposit is not required for all tours, its availability is always indicated in the 'Booking Conditions' section on the specific tour page.
